We have the pleasure to inform you that Export Promotion Bureau of Bangladesh is going to participate in the Australian International Sourcing Fair 2012 (AISF-2012) to be held between 20 to 22 November 2012 at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour, Sydney, Australia.

As a major sourcing fair in Australia, AISF will present a global showcase on production and manufacturing options. Bangladesh is participating in the AISF 2012 with 21 renowned exhibitors’. Bangladesh will showcase Readymade Garments, Leather, Jute products, and some other Non-traditional items in the fair.

Interested importers, sourcing agents/buyers and individuals are invited to visit Bangladesh Pavilion in the AISF 2012 to explore new business opportunities from renowned companies of Bangladesh. Buyers and sourcing agents will also have the unique opportunity to identify their sourcing targets in Bangladesh using face-to-face communication.

AISF 2012 – Bangladesh Returns to Hunt for Further Market Access.

The Australian International Sourcing Fair (AISF) – the largest sourcing event of the year in Australia is going to be held from 20-22 November 2012 at Sydney Exhibition and Convention Centre, Darling Harbour. 22 companies from Bangladesh will be showcasing their products in the show with many other countries.

Exhibitors from Bangladesh will be showcasing woven and knit readymade garments, sweater, leather products, jute products, home textile products, fashion bags etc. in the fair. It is hoped that Bangladeshi exporters would be able to attract potential sourcing companies of Australia and New Zealand and take advantage of the existing duty free market access for products from LDCs.

Bangladesh High Commission in Canberra in Association with the Export Promotion Bureau of Bangladesh is facilitating and coordinating the participation of Bangladeshi companies in the AISF-2012.

Apart from the three days exhibition (20-22 November 2012) there will be direct face to face meetings between the Bangladeshi exporting companies and the visiting buyers and sourcing agents of Australia and New Zealand. A large number of potential buyers and sourcing agents as well as general visitors are expected to visit Bangladesh Pavilion in the AISF.
