NOTICE OF AGM 2009; 25 July, 2009
Dear Members, Assalamualaikum wa Rahmatullah ,
This is to inform you that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bangladesh Islamic Centre of NSW Inc. for 2009 is going to be held on
Date: Sunday, the 16 August, 2009
Time: 11-00 AM sharp. Lunch will be offered
Place : Sefton Mosque, 11-13 Helen Street, Sefton, NSW. 2162.
The agenda for the meeting would be as follows:
1. Recitation from Allah’s verses
2. Read and confirm the minutes of AGM 2008
3. Brief report on last year’s activities of the centre.
4. Presentation of financial report for the year 2008-09.
5. To appoint an auditor for the centre.
6. Miscellaneous business.
Recess for Zuhr prayer
7. Election of office bearers for 2009-11 to be conducted by the Returning Officer.
8. Du’a and conclusion
9. Lunch to be served.
