Eid-uladha Jamat in Sefton, Sydney on 8th 7.30am 9th December 8.00am
Eid-uladha will be celebrated at our mosque in Sefton, Sydney on Tuesday, the 9th December, 2008. This day had been decided upon based on sighting of the moon in Australia. Prayer time will be 8 AM sharp on that morning. Separate arrangements will there for the ladies as well. The prayer will be led by the imam Shah Abdul Karim.
It is expected that Lakemba Mosque will celebrate Eid on Monday, 8th December. In that case our local ummas will also celebrate on Monday the 8th December. If anyone wishes to follow the Lakemba mosque then the prayer will start at 7-30 AM on Monday. You can join them if you so wish. On Monday there may not be any separate arrangements for the ladies.
