Guest speaker: Mr Ziaul Hoque Mukta is the Policy and Advocacy Manager of Oxfam in Bangladesh. He is part of the official delegation of Bangladesh Government in global climate change negotiation and considered as a very instrumental and influential negotiator. He is the Secretary of a civil society movement in Bangladesh named as Campaign for Sustainable Rural Livelihoods (CSRL). CSRL organized a Climate Tribunal in November 2010 to present real scientific and legal arguments of climate change from the perspectives of vulnerable fishing community in Bangladesh.
