Annual Bangladesh Night Dinner 2014’ on 13th June 2014 at Rydges Capital Hill Hotel

Bangladesh Australia Association Canberra Inc. (BAAC) is pleased to announce the date for ‘Annual Bangladesh Night Dinner 2014’ on 13th June 2014 at Rydges Capital Hill Hotel.
This year BAAC will donate the net earnings (total collection – expenses) to The Fred Hollows Foundation and Let’s Work for Bangladesh (LWFB) for their charitable work.
The Gala night will include award presentations, exotic food and musical performances by the famous artists from Bangladesh and Australia. Details of the program are below:

Time : 6.45pm for 7:00pm sharp Start till 10.30pm
Location : Rydges Capital Hill Canberra, 17 Canberra Avenue, Forrest, ACT 2603
Entry fees : $27 per person for 9 years and above
Cost per children for 3 to 8 years TBA
Free for 2 years
Bookings and payment: The BAAC Executive Committee has started to take bookings for the ‘Bangladesh Night Dinner 2014’. Please confirm your place by paying to the BAAC account (details below) by 3rd June 2014. Once payment is made, please collect your tickets either at the gate on the event day or from any BAAC EC member before the programme. Please note that BAAC is unable to confirm your place without appropriate payment to the BAAC account.

Donation: Entry fees will only cover the basic costs of the program. Where possible, community members are requested to make donation directly to the booth of charity organisations at the hall or can be transferred the donation amount into the BAAC account.
Sponsors welcome: BAAC is requesting to the community individual members and business operate members to be a sponsor for the Bangladesh Night Dinner program. So far we have received few numbers of individual and business operator’s sponsorship commitment for Bangladesh Night Dinner 2014 program. Please contact to any of the executives members for details.
