Dhrupad presentation – Songs of the Land: Bangladesh Australia
Dear Friends and Music Lovers
Thank you for your tremendous interest in the upcoming Dhrupad program: Songs of the Land: Bangladesh & Australia (নদী, পাহাড় আর মাটির গান: বাংলাদেশ এবং অস্ট্রেলিয়ার লোক সঙ্গীত). Due to your overwhelming interest, tickets for the program are now sold out.
If you have not yet booked a ticket, we regret we are unable to accommodate any further requests for tickets. However, we will be happy to include your name on a waiting list should there be any cancellations close to the date of the program.
For those of you who have already booked or purchased a ticket, we request that you arrive in time to be seated for a sharp 7pm start. In particular, if you plan to collect your ticket and pay at the door, we ask that you arrive no later than 6:30 pm to ensure you have sufficient time to collect your ticket and be seated by 7pm. Within each ticket category, seating is on a first come first serve basis.
There will be a short dinner break during the program and dinner packets will be available. If you would like to have dinner at the program, we encourage you to pre-book your dinner ticket. While there will be a very small number of extra dinner packets available on the night, we are unable to guarantee you a dinner packet if you do not pre-book your order.
Dhrupad members are working very hard to make this an enjoyable program for you. We look forward to seeing you on the night.
