Bangladesh Utshob (Festival) in Canberra
Dear Community Members
Bangladesh Australia Association Canberra Inc. is organizing Bangladesh Uthshob (Festival) -a day long program with full of festivities on Saturday 15th October 2011 to promote Bangladeshi cuisines, culture, Bangladesh tourism and local Bangladeshi businesses to our wider community. The day long program will start at around 11.00 am and finish at 5.30 pm.
The main attractions of this festival are:

·Jewellery Fashion Show
·Food, Book and Boutique stall
·Raffle Draw
Taking this great opportunity, the Executive Committee of Bangladesh Australia Association Canberra would like to invite you and your family/friends to be part of this special event and enjoy the authentic Bangladeshi cuisine, folk songs, dance and meet with local Bangladeshi to strengthen our bond and relationship.
All the food, boutique, book and other stall will be operating whole day. Delicious Bangladeshi cuisine, finger foods, tea/coffee and drinks will be on sale at affordable prices.
His Excellency Lieutenant General Masud Uddin Chowdhury the High Commissioner for Bangladesh in Canberra and local high official, dignitaries will be present at the festival.

The Bangladesh Australia Association Canberra Inc is organising Bangladesh Utshob 2011 on Saturday, 15 October 2011 at the University of Canberra Refectory between 11 AM and 5.30 PM. This is the first time we are orgnaising this event in Canberra and it is a great chance for Bangladesh to promote and showcase the authentic Bangladeshi cuisine, culture and Bangladeshi products to wider community.
