A report on Sabina Hoque’s participation in the Diwali festival in Melbourne

Sabina Houque, the first Bangladeshi origin women to work as an investment property manager in Melbourne recently participated in the Festival of colour “Diwali” in Melbourne. The primary goal was to familiarise herself with the Indian community and also to spread the name of FCG Property in the community.

As part of the celebration, FCG property group led by Sabina organise three lucky prize draw for the participants and free face painting sessions for kids. Five star hotel vouchers were given as the top prize. Prizes and fun apart, Sabina was very happy to celebrate the occasion and mingle with the community members being one of them.

The event was a huge success for FCG property and Sabina due to the relationship building opportunity. It helped her team to spread the work or FCG property and how they can work for the community. They managed to get details of many potential clients who they could help with their service in future. FCG property being a multicultural firm valued the opportunity to introduce themselves with the community.

Sabina being a person from Bangladeshi origin who shares similar cultural values as many of our Indian community members worked as a bridge between the Asian and Indian culture.

FCG property believes the primary agenda of their participation was to gain the trust of the community in order to get the opportunity to serve them.

While FCG property has been engaged in some charity work within the Chinese community, they wish to engage and work more with the Indian and Bangladeshi communities leveraging Sabina’s presence and expertise in future.

Sabina has over 80 properties under her management and serves all across Melbourne. She wishes to get all the support possible from her community in order to succeed and to make a positive name for the Bangladeshi community.
