Judgment by the Court of Arbitration on sea boundary between Bangladesh and India: Victory for fairness and justice

The Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) at The Hague officially conveyed the result to both parties on 7th July 2014. Bangladesh went to the Court in October 8 2009 and the submission of documents and oral hearings from both sides
