IEB Australia Chapter Informal Gathering with Mr Nurul Huda

The Institute of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) – Australia Chapter
Dear Bangladeshi Engineers,
I would like to inform you that recently Engr. Md. Nurul Huda, president of IEB (Institute of Engineers, Bangladesh) came to Australia on an official tour. At short notice he met in an informal gathering with some Bangladeshi Engineers and their families at my home. During the informal meeting, he discussed the current situation of the Engineering Industry in Bangladesh and other issues of importance such as Expansion of Dhaka city, IEB and as well as answering various questions. He encouraged Bangladeshi Engineers to open an overseas IEB chapter in Australia.
I have collected a copy of the constitution of the Institute of Engineers, Bangladesh and other procedural guidelines to open an overseas IEB chapter in Australia.
I request all Bangladeshi Engineers in Australia to attend a meeting on 15 September 2012 to take part in forming the first IEB chapter in Australia.
Agenda of the meeting:
1. Select the name for the IEB chapter in Australia.
2. Elect a committee to undertake necessary action to form the IEB chapter in Australia in accordance with the Australian’s rules and regulations.
