BAAC SGM on Sunday, 1 Sep 2013

As per decision made at the last AGM (7 July 2013), the BAAC EC has scheduled a Special General Meeting (SGM) for Sunday, 1 September 2013. The SGM will be held at the Belconnen Library Meeting Room, Swanson Ct, Belconnen ACT 2617, from 3PM to 5PM.

The purpose of the SGM is to consider the proposed new Constitution for BAAC.

Proposed Agenda:

1. Welcome and Introduction

2. Discussion on proposed constitution and submissions received from members.

3. Tabling of the AGM Minutes and proposed constitution/submissions for members’ consideration.

The agenda will remain flexible to accommodate SGM proceedings as they develop.
