Concert for the Children’s Hospital at Westmead by 8 Notes
8 Notes, a Bangladeshi band in Australia, has organised a press conference for its upcoming concert for the Children’s Hospital at Westmead on November 17, 2012. The band members, elites from Bangladeshi community, sponsors of the event, and Bangladeshi press and media at large were present in the press conference. Mr. Andrew Randall, Managing Director, Easy Being Green Pty. Ltd. and Green House Capital Pty. Ltd. and Mr. Samiul Kabir, public liaisons member of 8 Notes spoke on the occasion. Mr. Randall officially inaugurated the poster and ticket of the concert in the press conference. The program was then followed by a question and answer session, and light refreshment.
The concert will be held on March 02, 2013 at the Science Theatre, the University of New South Wales. This will be one of the largest philanthropic events ever organised by any non-resident Bangladeshi musical group in Australia. The net collection of the concert will be donated to the Children’s Hospital at Westmead. This societal initiative of the band is sponsored and supported by Easy Being Green Pty. Ltd. and Green House Capital Pty. Ltd. The event is also co-sponsored by Spice of Life and Xpress Money.
8 Notes is a musical band and was formed in 2008. It is a non-profit voluntary musical group. The motto of the band is to make philanthropic contribution through music. Given the success and positive response of the past events the band members are taking more extensive effort to organise the upcoming concert and aiming to involve a large number of individual patrons, business organisations, and other community support groups.
