Important announcement for the participants of Bangladesh Night on FRIDAY 13 June 2014

Dear Bangladesh Night Annual Fundraising Dinner Participants:

BAAC thanks all the community members who finalized their participation in the ZNR Bangladesh Night scheduled for this Friday, 13 June 2014. BAAC overwhelmed by the responses for the fund raising dinner. We fully appreciate that not everyone could make their booking within the set deadline due to their other important priorities. While we endeavoured to be as inclusive as possible, we regret that we are not being able to accommodate those who expressed late interest after the deadline. BAAC Executive Committee apologises to those interested members who missed the dinner.

We intend to begin our programme no later than 6.45pm. As such, we would request the guests to reach the venue by 6.30pm, collect their tickets and take their seats.

Complimentary parking facility is available at the ground floor of the venue which is subject to availability. Guests are requested to make their way to the venue as early as possible just so that they can make appropriate and comfortable parking arrangement.

The net raised money from this event will be donated to “Fred Hollows Foundation” and “Lets Work for Bangladesh” to support their activities in Bangladesh.

Time and location of the program:

Date – FRIDAY, 13th June, 2014

Start time – 6:30 pm

Location – Rydges Capital Hill Canberra, 17 Canberra Avenue, Forrest, ACT 2603 (see Map below)

The following important points for the dinner participants:

· BAAC will appreciate timely presence at the venue

· Please bring your tickets if you have already received. Presentation of ticket is mandatory for dinner plates

· If paid online please bring your payment receipts (just in case)

· Please allow additional time to collect tickets at the hall entry due to large number of participants

· Complimentary parking is available at the hotel ground level on availability basis

· Fred Hollow Foundation representative will be at the dinner venue to collect donations (the entry fees are set ‘at cost’ for the dinner only)

· Your small contribution only 25 dollars can restore someone’s sight
