Iftar organised by BASSA in South Australia
The Bangladesh Australia Society of South Australia (BASSA) (http://www.bassa.net.au/ec-members/ ) celebrated Iftar (Fasting Break in the month of Ramada) party on 2 June 2018 at 4 pm to 8 pm at Fullarton Park Community Hall, South Australia. Assistant Minister to Premier Ms Jing Lee, Unley City Council Mayor, the Royal Geographical Society’s representative, Physicians, Academics: e.g. Prof Abdala of UNISA and Society’s President Dr Anoara Islam and Vice President Dr Md Younus, and Secretary Dr Shahid Ullah along with thousands of Muslims participated in the Iftar party with great enthusiasms. Bangladeshi cuisines along with various types of delicious food served on this occasion.
