Canberra will host her biggest annual tourism event- Floriade in September October. This year Heart Foundation, ACT is the Official Charity for the Floriade. During the month long event, the Heart Foundation will organize a free early morning walk titled ‘Walk of the Nations’.
Bangladesh High Commission in Canberra has decided to participate and invites the members of Bangladeshi community to join in the walk. This will provide the participants an opportunity to walk in the picturesque and serene surroundings of this floral extravaganza before it opens to general public. The duration of the walk will be 45 minutes.
We will meet at the Early Morning Walk sign next to the crossing on Commonwealth Avenue, near the turn off to Regatta Point at 7.30 am for a 8.00 am start on Saturday, 1 October 2016.
