BAAC Victory Day 2010 sports event has been postponed

We regret to inform you that the Bijoy Dibosh 2010 (Victory Day) sports event to be held on Sunday, 5th December, 2010 has been postponed until further notice. Due to current weather condition, the ACT government has closed all sports ground till Monday 6th December.
We will advise you the new date once it is rescheduled.

Bangladesh Australia Association Canberra is pleased to announce that we are organizing a sports programme to celebrate the 2010 Victory Day (Bijoy Dibosh) as follows:
Day: 5 December 2010, Sunday
Start time: 11:30 am – Finish time: 5pm
Location: Amaroo Sports Ground 2, Amaroo, Horse Park Drive, ACT – 2914
Tentative sports events: Soccer, Cricket, Chocolate catching (for children) and Musical Pillow (for ladies) and dress as you like for Children.
Lunch/Snacks/Drinks will be available to purchase.
BAAC requests the community members to participate and enjoy the afternoon to celebrate the 40th Victory Day of Bangladesh Independence.
