Picnic with the Tigers
Local Bangladeshis of Darwin arranged a wonderful picnic day for the visiting Bangladeshi cricket team. The picnic was arranged at Lake Resort of Darwin. The Lake resort is situated in Berry Springs 56 kms from Darwin. Set on 960 acres of peaceful rural property with a varieties of water sports like water-skiing, Jet skiing on Lake Barden or 30m waterslide in the pool. Along with Deshi Khichuri and beef curry Aussi style BBQ was also arranged. The cricketers enjoyed their time on the jet ski and water slide and had a wonderful time with the local Bangladeshis. Bangladesh team will be playing total of 5 practice matches, 4 against the AIS Team and 1 aginst the NT Chief Ministers Team. And the 3 ODI’s against Australia will be held on 30th August, 3rd and 6th September.
