BAAC Annual Picnic 2014 on SUNDAY 18th May at Kambah Adventure Park
Dear Community Members,
Thank you all who have confirmed their presence in the Annual Picnic.
For practical reasons, BAAC confirms that food will be served to those members first who have confirmed their attendance.
Attractions:
· Day long picnic cum outdoor sports
· Cooking will be on the site
· Best dress award in various categories (i.e. bhabi, bhai and children)
· Traditional picnic music play by CD/ipod with big sound system
· Traditional games
Details info about PICNIC:
Date: Sunday 18th May 2014
Time: 11 am to 3.30 pm
Venue: Kambah Adventure Park (also known as Kambah District Park), Springbett Street, Kambah
Entry fee: $10 per family including children, $5 for singles (Plz bring cash to pay at the park)
Menu: Bhuna Kichuree, Goat Curry, Salad, Water and Tea
Things to do and bring:
· No more RSVP, sorry.
· Bring water
· Bring your own picnic mat and/or chairs
· Any sporting items/gears (if you have any i.e. badminton chess, cards, football, etc. )
