Lets Work For Bangladesh (LWFB) Press Release
It is to inform you that Lets Work for Bangladesh (LWFB) has finally raised $ 8000 (Eight thousand dollar) from Australia (Canberra, Sydney, Geelong, Armidale and Darwin), USA (New York) and Canada (Alberta), to establish and run a school at Bhola’s Charfashion in Bangladesh. The LWFB Ad hoc Committee has named this school the “Bangladesh Canberra Friendship School”.
The Committee believes that Canberra’s initiative will be looked as a milestone and will encourage Bangladesh expatriates around the world to do similar work for Bangladesh. LWFB acknowledges the contributions made by the Bangladesh Australia Association (2008-2009 committee, contribute $2000), the Green Associates Financial Planners (contribute $600 with a commitment of another $600 in six months) and the individuals (totalled $5,400) for this school program. Thank you all for your wonderful support.
