ক্যানবেরা তে চাঁদ দেখা

রমজানের এই রোজার শেষে
এলো খুশির ঈদ –
নজরুলের এই গানটা তেমন আর সমার্থক নয়এই শহরে। খুর সাধারন একজন মুসলমান এর মনের কিছু জিজ্ঞাসা –

Should we stand for the purity of our religion or unity of ummah? Should we follow our beloved prophet teaching, his companion practice or should we amend our religion based on our need or science? আর যে system টা এত শত বছর চলে আসলো , তা পরিবর্তন ই বা করতে হবে কেনো?

আমাদের সমকালীন ধর্ম বিশারদরাই হয়তো এ বিষয়টা ভালো বলতে পারবেন । ঈদ যেনো এখন আর আনন্দ নিয়ে আসেনা আমাদের এই ছোট্ট শহরে। সবাই কে ঈদের অগ্রিম শুভেচ্ছা । আল্লাহ আমাদের সবাই কে পথ দেখাক।

ছোটবেলার চাঁদ দেখার আনন্দ এখনও করার কিছুটা সুযোগ আছে এখনও আছে এই শহরে – সবাইকে আমন্ত্রণ :

Dear Brothers السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

The month of Ramadan رمضان started (as per moon-sighting) from Tuesday 7 May 2019, therefore moon-sighting for the month of Shawwāl (شوّال‎) will be held In’sha’Allah on 29th of Ramadan i.e. Tuesday 4 June 2019. in Canberra .

May Allah shower His unconditional blessings on all of us in keeping alive this Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم).
