Dancing is my passion – Purabi Permita Bose

Purabi Permita Bose a very well-known person as a Bangladeshi traditional dancer in Sydney community.

She got her first lesson in the dancing at Nataraaj Dance School of Mymensingh District. She studied under the dance instructor Shree Jogesh Chadra Das. Later, she received training at Udichi Shilopogosthi. She started learning classical dances since she was 5 years old, and from then, dancing is her biggest passion.

She also worked with Shilpishilpokola Academy, Shongeet Biddaloy and many other organisations.

She received many awards for districts and national dance competitions. Purabee completed some workshops under the supervision of Shamim Ara Nipa and Shibli Mohamod at Nrittanchal Dance School.

She’s been performing in Sydney for last 5 years.
