Dec. 13 – Thousands of Bangladeshis have been flocking to see a replica of India’s Taj Mahal which has just been built near Dhaka.
Local film maker and hotelier Ahsanullah Moni came up with the idea for the life-size replica of India’s monument of love. He built it on four acres of land close to his home in the village of Sonaragaon. It costs $58 million U.S. dollars.SOUNDBITES:
