General Meeting of Bangladeshi Seniors Club, Canberra

All Bangladeshi Seniors living in ACT are invited to attend the first General Meeting of Bangladeshi Seniors Club, Canberra Inc. which is to be held at 5:00 PM on 4th February 2012 at Tuggeranong Town Park (Next to Tuggeranong Swimming Centre). We will arrange BAR-B-QUE at the end of the meeting for potential members only and cost is $8.00 per person. Please confirm your attendance by purchasing ticket before 28th January (no money will be refunded if you change your mind later on). AGENDA

1. To explain the background story and ideas about the Club;
2. To approve the name and logo of the Club;
3. To discuss Club’s draft constitution and approve it;
4. To seek approval for opening of Club’s Bank Account;
5. To pass a resolution to accept first 7 memberships of the club who were present at the preparatory meeting of the club without proper nomination procedure for proposing potential members at this meeting;
6. To transact such other business, if any, as may properly come before the Meeting;
7. To elect EC of the Club for 2012 – 2013.

Note: If I missed any one’s name you know who is Bangladeshi living in ACT (age 50 years and over), please pass this invitation to them. Bring folding chairs, mats etc, to sit.
