Application for residential plot at Purbachal and Uttara

This is to inform all concerned that Bangladeshis living abroad who will apply for plots at Purbachal and Uttara as per the recent notices of RAJUK can get the necessary documents (photograph and copy of Bangladesh passport etc.) attested by a Notary Public of that country or a concerned officer of Bangladesh High Commission / Embassy / in that country. The Affidavit (Holofnama) can also be executed by the applicant in front of a Notary Public of that country or a concerned officer of Bangladesh High Commission / Embassy / in that country. All relevant information, notices, clarifications, application forms and prospectuses are available on the website of RAJUK (www.rajukdhaka.gov.bd[1]).

If the applicant decides to execute the ‘Holofnama’ in front of a concerned officer of Bangladesh High Commission in Canberra then he / she needs to bring it in person to the High Commission in Canberra or Consular Camp in Sydney. A money order / bank draft (bank cheque; not personal cheque) of A$ 11.00 in favour of ‘Bangladesh High Commission, Canberra’ will be required for executing the Affidavit (Holofnama) in front of a concerned officer of the High Commission in Canberra or at Consular Camp in Sydney. No fee will be charged by the High Commission for attestation of other necessary documents (photograph and copy of Bangladesh passport etc.) brought by the applicant in person to the High Commission in Canberra or at Consular Camp in Sydney.
